Cancellation Policy

Cancellations should be made 24 hours before. Rescheduling is permitted but only to available booking slots. In both of these cases, please email jen@squiffymill.co.uk. Floor plans and any other information necessary for the Design Power Hour, should be submitted a minimum of 48 hours before the appointment.
